I didn’t start out thinking I’d be a leader. I was a software engineer—focused on solving problems, not on leading people. But when I became a team coach, everything changed. I realised that true leadership isn’t about having a title or authority; it’s about empowering others and leading with heart. That’s when I knew I had found my purpose.
For the past seven years, I’ve been coaching teams across different industries, and one thing has become crystal clear: most teams struggle not because they lack talent, but because they lack the right kind of leadership. I’ve seen how the right mindset and tools can transform a team’s performance and even the culture of an entire organisation.
I’ve been in your shoes. I know the challenges, the doubts, the moments when you wonder if you’re really cut out for this. But I also know the incredible feeling that comes from pushing through those doubts, from leading with empathy and purpose, and from watching your team thrive.
