I realised that true leadership isn’t about having a title or authority; it’s about empowering others and leading with heart. That’s when I knew I had found my purpose.

For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of leading and coaching teams across five continents, from startups to household names like Mindvalley and Standard Chartered Bank, so I’ve seen firsthand the transformation that happens when leaders lead with empathy and vision.
