What to expect
In this session, I won’t be teaching. There won’t be any slides.
Instead, we’ll work in groups of three through a lightning consulting activity, taking turns consulting for one another, helping them think through opportunities, decisions, and situations that matter.
Whether you’re exploring your next growth steps, developing your leadership style, growing your team, or working through a challenge, you’ll gain fresh perspectives from people with different experiences and ways of thinking.
